Employers Liability

This insurance indemnifies the Employer against his legal liability to pay compensation in respect of bodily injury, death, disease or illness caused by accident to any employee, arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Insured. (For permanent residents of Cyprus).

Single Employee Limit of Indemnity (as specified by Law) € 160.000
Limitper event or series of claims arising out of one source or original cause € 3.500.000
Aggregate Limit for any one Period of Insurance € 5.200.000
